Float captain was born out of our love for everything surf-related. Inspired by Californian and Hawaiian surf and lifestyle, fused with our roots in Hong Kong with its unique urban landscape and culture.

We are a small crew of mates with a philosophy that is all about having fun, creating new things, being individual, and most of all, keeping it simple. No bells and whistles, no strings attached. 

Whether it's our boardshorts or our tees, our products have been designed to be functional, comfortable and simple. Each year we work with our suppliers closely to improve on quality and craftsmanship to enable us to create products that we can be proud of.
